The health and safety of our community is paramount. In order to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus and to protect the health of our employees and customers, some of our services are temporarily interrupted.

 

IQOS points of sale are not currently affected by the containment measures, and therefore remain open. We still advise our IQOS users for any problem to prioritize customer service calls rather than going to a point of sale. How to sanitize your IQOS?

Wipe the exterior of the charger, stylus and associated accessories with a disinfectant wipe. Dispose of used wipes in the trash. Next, thoroughly clean the blade, the holder interior area surrounding the blade, and the entire holder with the dedicated IQOS cleaning sticks. Dispose of used sticks in the trash along with the wipes. In this context, we advise you to use your IQOS exclusively in a personal way: avoid sharing your device even with your relatives.
